About

Spring is for you

Spring is a modern, comprehensive, shame-free sex education platform, made for every body — including yours. Welcome to belonging.

A breath of fresh air

The United States’ patchwork and broken sex education system barely covers the basics. The internet is full of misinformation, confusing & conflicting information, and marketing disguised as information. And the rest is porn. Enter Spring.

The Spring Approach

Spring’s self-guided curriculum is curated to expand your understanding of sex, the body, and pleasure, using fact-checked info from expert sources, comprehensive resources, and a little bit of earned wisdom. Our mission is to make life more pleasurable.

Part of the problem with online sex ed is that it’s all mixed up with marketing. Spring is a for-profit entity, but we’re scrupulous about sharing untainted sources. Find more info about how we make money on the Donate page.

The Spring Story

Spring’s Founder started this platform because he was unsatisfied with the state of sex ed in the U.S. — and because our relationships to our bodies, our sexualities, and our selves are at the heart of how we treat one another.

People who are embodied are kinder to themselves, to others, and to all living beings.

After a lot of personal learning and exploration, he and a creative team created this website using vetted resources, insight from expert sources, meticulous fact-checking, and a strong dose of love and care. This platform represents the first iteration of this curriculum, but we expect it to evolve as our team of contributors & resources evolves. We want to keep sex ed fresh.

We envision a world where sex education encourages curiosity, exploration, and empathy, making sex an experience that enriches our lives and connects us more deeply to each other.
